About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling an efficient, scalable, and data-driven talent acquisition function. This role partners with TA leadership, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting operations and translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and continuously improve enterprise talent acquisition workflows, standards, and operating rhythms
- →Serve as the primary owner of the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) and related recruiting technologies
- →Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions that improve cycle time and quality of hire
- →Own TA operational reporting and dashboards, delivering insights on KPIs
- →Ensure recruiting processes align with internal policies and applicable employment requirements
- →Develop and deliver training and documentation to recruiters and hiring managers
- →Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition operations or project management
- ✓Strong understanding of HR technology systems and processes
- ✓Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- ✓Knowledge of employment laws and data privacy requirements
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
