We are looking for a bilingual health coach to join our telephonic health coaching team. This role involves helping individuals set and achieve goals that target fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of life issues through telephonic and e-coaching interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help individuals set and achieve personal goals related to fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, and health
- →Conduct telephonic and e-coaching sessions to support behavior change
- →Review Health Risk Assessment results and develop strategies for success
- →Support participants in establishing strategies to accomplish their goals
Requirements
- ✓Bilingual in Spanish and English
- ✓Experience in health coaching or related field
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to motivate and support individuals in making positive lifestyle changes
