About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Coupa. This role focuses on marketing automation and sales enablement tools to ensure the health and efficiency of our marketing and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, deploy, and optimize marketing and sales automation, including workflows, campaigns, lead scoring, UTMs, QA, and database health.
- →Ensure all marketing and sales efforts follow best practices, are scalable and measurable, and enable full attribution across touchpoints.
- →Partner with digital and field marketing to identify gaps or underperforming campaigns/sequences and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- →Collaborate with Marketing/Sales leadership and Sales Enablement to drive effective tool usage and continuously optimize campaigns and processes.
- →Serve as the primary liaison for sales enablement tools, supporting troubleshooting, feature rollouts, platform optimization, and data integrity through regular audits and cleanup.
- →Optimize and maintain the marketing operations tech stack while documenting and sharing best practices to support adoption, onboarding, and marketing–sales alignment.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of marketing experience with exposure to both digital and traditional channels; strong understanding of B2B demand generation and sales processes.
- ✓Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Goldcast, or equivalents) and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- ✓Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred.
- ✓Data-driven, self-directed problem solver who leverages Marketo to its full potential while thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- ✓Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to lead projects, build cross-functional relationships, and manage multiple priorities.
- ✓Proven initiative, strong work ethic, and analytical mindset, with experience in large technology companies considered a strong plus.
