About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Account Manager to join Rocket Now. This role focuses on strategic account management with major food franchise chains, food service companies, and corporate clients in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and prioritize strategic accounts among major food franchises and food service companies in Japan
- →Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at franchise headquarters, management levels, and business owners
- →Lead sales and solution proposals based on customer needs, including presentations and demonstrations
- →Manage negotiations and contract renewals based on long-term value rather than short-term conditions
- →Support smooth onboarding, store expansion, and operational improvements
- →Conduct market and competitive analysis in delivery and SaaS sectors
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- ✓Advanced business communication skills in Japanese or Korean, as well as English
- ✓3+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in the food-tech industry
- ✓Deep understanding of Japanese business manners and negotiation customs
- ✓Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- ✓Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- ✓Ability to independently design and drive the sales cycle
- ✓Cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset that enjoys change
