About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our RocketGrocery team. This role focuses on identifying and supporting sellers with differentiated products to expand RocketGrocery's product diversity and help sellers grow on Coupang.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strengthen partnerships with key brands/sellers and manage sales, revenue, and inventory to drive category growth
- →Review weekly and monthly performance of brands/sellers to maximize sales and revenue
- →Continuously monitor market trends to propose new business models and trends
- →Collaborate with PM to improve seller system automation and streamline entry processes
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of relevant experience
- ✓Experience working in a results-oriented organization with proven sales capabilities and individual performance based on KPIs
- ✓Ability to identify, analyze root causes of problems, and take ownership through to completion
- ✓Experience creating positive impact across the organization
- ✓Experience achieving success by pioneering new things in challenging environments
