About the Role

We are looking for a marketing data professional to join Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This role involves analyzing tens of millions of data points to provide actionable insights for marketing managers and leadership, helping to create a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with marketing managers, CRM managers, marketing engineers, and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
→Build machine learning models for customer churn, product sales, banner clicks, and marketing campaign performance.
→Train and deploy machine learning models on both in-house and cloud-based platforms.
→Perform insightful analysis on growth marketing metrics to enable effective marketing campaigns.
→Provide clear and actionable recommendations on CRM promotions by analyzing user behavior data.
→Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis on online ad performance.
→Create a data pipeline to ensure data availability and quality.
→Interpret and present data insights to marketing leadership.
→Foster an analytic culture as part of a growing data team.

Requirements

✓5+ years’ working experience in machine learning.
✓3+ years’ working experience in SQL.
✓3+ years’ working experience in Python.
✓Attention to detail with ability to validate data, identify data flaws, and create analytical reports.
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✓Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and exercise judgment in a fast-paced environment.
✓Strong communication skills to share analysis results clearly and concisely.
✓Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
