About the Role
We are looking for a marketing data professional to join Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This role involves analyzing tens of millions of data points to provide actionable insights for marketing managers and leadership, helping create a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with marketing managers, CRM managers, and other stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
- →Build machine learning models for customer churn, product sales, and marketing campaign performance
- →Train and deploy machine learning models on in-house and cloud-based platforms
- →Perform analysis on growth marketing metrics to enable effective marketing campaigns
- →Provide recommendations on CRM promotions by analyzing user behavior data
- →Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis on online ad performance
- →Create data pipelines to ensure data availability and quality
- →Interpret and present data insights to marketing leadership
- →Foster an analytic culture within the growing data team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years’ working experience in machine learning
- ✓3+ years’ working experience in SQL
- ✓3+ years’ working experience in Python
- ✓Attention to detail with ability to validate data and create analytical reports
- ✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
