About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Associate to join Courier Health, supporting the corporate financial planning and analysis function. This role involves driving strategic financial initiatives and providing insights to support decision-making and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead monthly budget vs. actuals (BvA) analysis across departments, partnering with Accounting to identify variances
- →Develop financial and operating analytics and reporting packages for regular review cadence
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance real-time visibility into operating and financial performance
- →Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives and business cases
- →Assist in preparation of Board of Directors’ meeting materials
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related field
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- ✓Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models
- ✓Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Team-player who enjoys a startup environment
