About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Consultant to join Courier Health. This role focuses on leading the company's most strategically important and complex opportunities with a dedicated focus on the enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own solution strategy across enterprise opportunities, leading discovery to uncover economic drivers, decision criteria, technical requirements, and risks
- →Turn discovery into winning demonstrations by connecting platform capabilities to client-specific outcomes and tailoring the narrative to every stakeholder
- →Act as the technical and solution authority at the executive level, leading workshops, RFP presentations, and demos
- →Design high impact project plans and internal handoff materials aligned to client needs and platform strategy
Requirements
- ✓Strong passion for Courier Health's mission and improving patient outcomes through technology
- ✓10+ years in solutions consulting, enterprise SaaS pre-sales, or strategic consulting
- ✓Proven track record leading complex, multi-million ARR deals with multiple stakeholders and strong win rates
- ✓Executive presence, comfortable influencing C-suite buyers and presenting to senior leadership
- ✓Strong commercial acumen across deal economics, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
- ✓Value selling mastery, including quantifying business impact, building ROI models, and articulating value to economic buyers
- ✓Ability to architect complex solutions and discuss technical integrations confidently with client IT teams
