About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Creatio. In this role, you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients across US and Canada markets, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers of the Corporate & Enterprise segment
- →Act as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, communicating with stakeholders at all levels including C-level executives
- →Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying early red flags to prevent issues
- →Help customers achieve their desired outcomes through product consulting and value realization
- →Grow customer portfolios through zero churn and active cross and up-sales
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers
- ✓Fluent in English — both verbal and written with executive-level communication
- ✓Experience with CRM, ERP, or other corporate software solutions
- ✓Experience managing or overseeing software implementation projects
- ✓Strong customer-centric communication and presentation skills
- ✓Commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management
- ✓Excellent time management and efficiency skills
