About the Role
We are looking for a passionate SMB Account Executive to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This role focuses on driving revenue growth in Eastern Europe by generating new business opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics
- →Generate new business opportunities in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan
- →Manage pipeline using prospecting tools, cold calling, and participation in industrial events
- →Establish relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT)
- →Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of B2B sales experience
- ✓Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
- ✓Deep understanding of the client decision-making process
- ✓High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies
- ✓Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- ✓4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn
- ✓Fluent in Ukrainian, spoken English would be an advantage
