About the Role
We are looking for an SDR Team Lead to join Hook, a Series A company using AI and Machine Learning to help businesses predict revenue and drive customer loyalty. This role involves leading a pod of SDRs and setting the bar for outbound excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and motivate a pod of SDRs day to day
- →Run 1:1s, call reviews, and role-plays focused on continuous improvement
- →Coach on messaging, cold calling, objection handling, and qualification
- →Create a high-energy, high-accountability team culture
- →Track team performance and coach toward clear goals
- →Identify and address performance gaps early
- →Partner with the SDR Manager on hiring, onboarding, and ramp
- →Feed frontline insights into better messaging, tooling, and processes
Requirements
- ✓Currently a high-performing SDR/BDR, or an existing SDR Team Lead
- ✓Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching and developing others
- ✓Confident giving direct, constructive feedback
- ✓Strong communicator with a growth mindset
- ✓Comfortable balancing personal targets with team leadership
