The Role
We’re looking for a Designer who is excited to build, learn, and grow in our dynamic Experience Design practice. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about craft, sweats the details, and takes pride in creating high impact work. You may be earlier in your career, but you bring strong fundamentals, a sharp design eye, and a genuine curiosity about how great digital experiences come together.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn by doing—someone who is flexible, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to help move the work forward. You want exposure to different types of projects, teams, tools, and challenges. You’re excited that design is evolving quickly, and you want to grow by helping to define what’s next.
What We’re Looking For
• A designer with strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail and a high level of commitment to craft, quality, and execution.
• Someone who is a curious learner and eager to grow, absorb feedback, and expand skillset
• A person with a growth mindset who is excited by evolving tools, technologies, and ways of working and how to use them to design best-in-class experiences
• Someone who is flexible and willing to jump in where needed to make the biggest impact and support the broader team
• A designer who knows the value of storytelling and how it can shape more meaningful experiences, create alignment, connection, and buy-in.
• Someone who thrives in collaboration, shares ideas openly, and makes every team they’re a part of stronger
• A person who recognizes that every screen is part of a larger experience, and is motivated to grow in their understanding of how to design connected, end-to-end journeys that serve the user at every touchpoint
• Someone with a product mindset that can focus on designing a feature while also understanding where it lives in the larger business strategy
• A designer with a deep respect for usability, accessibility, and the role design plays in making complexity feel intuitive and human
• A person who is learning that design decisions are shaped by more than intuition, and is developing an understanding for how data, technology, and business context leads to more intentional and impactful solutions
• Someone that brings a genuine passion to the work, whether through school, internships or personal projects
Preferred Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital marketing
• A portfolio that shows strong craft, strategic thinking, and a solid foundation in digital design
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with standard design, collaboration, and prototyping tools
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI, and basic interactive prototypes
• Understanding of responsive design, visual design systems, and human-centered design
• Growing fluency in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, researchers, or product partners
• Interest in using AI-enabled tools to support ideation, exploration, synthesis, and production tasks
• Experience in internships, agency environments, consulting, freelance, or in-house digital product teams is a plus
• Motion graphics, video editing, or advanced prototyping skills are a plus
