About the Role
Crexi is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their Customer Success Team. This role involves welcoming and training newly-sold clients on the Crexi platform, ensuring they have a successful start with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their onboarding process
- →Master the Crexi platform to provide customized onboarding experiences
- →Consult with clients on best practices for improving their searchability and performance
- →Identify and pitch upsell opportunities to enhance client performance
- →Work cross-departmentally with sales, billing, support, and customer success teams
- →Resell clients on the Crexi platform and monitor client retention
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of previous onboarding, account management, or sales experience
