About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team at Cribl. This role involves designing, building, and scaling solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and other core Salesforce technologies
→Implement and configure Sales Cloud capabilities, including account, contact, lead, opportunity, and campaign management
→Design and enhance Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, entitlements, and support automation
→Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using custom APIs and integration tools
→Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and high code coverage
→Participate in release management and CI/CD practices to improve our environment strategy
→Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
→Stay current on Salesforce platform releases and new features

Requirements

✓8+ years of Salesforce development experience
✓Deep Sales Cloud expertise and strong understanding of Sales Cloud configuration and extensibility
✓Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and SOQL
✓Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs
✓Background working in SaaS/subscription businesses
✓Experience working in an Agile environment
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
