About the Role
Cricut is seeking a talented Lead iOS Mobile Engineer to elevate our iOS native apps. This role involves driving technical innovation and mentoring the team while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical architecture, coding standards, and team processes
- →Work with PM and UX on story refinement and technical direction
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quarterly planning
- →Apply software engineering design patterns for modular, performant code
- →Run Scrum ceremonies and mentor team members
- →Perform code reviews, write unit and UI tests
- →Collaborate with API teams on API design
- →Drive software releases to the App Store
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in iOS development
- ✓Experience with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude
- ✓Proficiency in software design patterns
- ✓Ability to mentor and delegate tasks effectively
