About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Crusoe's Observability team within the Cloud Infrastructure organization. This role involves maintaining and developing real-time observability platforms that ensure visibility, reliability, and operational insight across cloud and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

→Maintain and manage core observability tools for metrics, events, logs, and tracing
→Develop and operate data pipelines for telemetry data from various sources
→Manage large-scale data ingestion and storage requirements
→Perform regular updates and software enhancements for system stability and security
→Participate in on-call rotation to address production issues and perform root cause analysis
→Work with engineering teams to implement monitoring best practices and standardized tooling
→Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap for internal infrastructure

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in software or systems engineering
✓Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python for production-level code
✓Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production
✓Experience deploying services using Helm and YAML configurations
✓Ability to troubleshoot distributed system architectures
✓Experience with on-call rotation for business-critical systems
