About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Crypto.com. This entry-level role involves providing world-class support to our global client base across various written channels, with a focus on delivering excellent service in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide client support for CDNA TSPs, potentially involving rotational shifts including weekends
→Address client support queries from B2B TSPs on all products
→Assist clients with account and trading queries through email and chat while adhering to SLAs
→Interact with non-client facing departments to resolve client queries and provide accurate service
→Maintain procedure manuals and other documentation
→Proactively identify potential risk/fraud and escalate issues to management
→Liaise with colleagues outside the department to build strong cross-functional relationships
→Adapt to fast-moving procedural and technological changes with practical deadlines

Requirements

✓3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
✓Attention to detail and ability to meet regular deadlines while taking ownership of responsibilities
✓Proven experience with process improvement and optimization
✓Strong team ethos and collaborative mindset
✓Degree-level education
✓Fluency in English (verbal and written)
✓Proactive attitude in researching and resolving problems/issues
✓Ability to interpret complex regulatory changes and adapt accordingly
✓Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines to a high degree of accuracy
✓Basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic (desirable)
✓Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM experience (desirable)
