About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join CSC Generation, an AI-native holding company transforming omni-channel retail. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role focused on building and scaling an AI-augmented recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, commercial, and operational roles for CSC Generation and its portfolio brands
- →Lead and scale an AI-augmented recruiting function using automation and predictive analytics
- →Design, implement, and measure recruiting workflows enhanced by AI tools
- →Partner with brand CEOs and functional leaders to translate business growth plans into talent strategies
- →Develop data infrastructure for tracking recruiting performance metrics
- →Champion AI-first thinking across the HR function
- →Evaluate and operationalize emerging recruiting technologies
- →Mentor and grow a high-performing recruiting team
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
- ✓Hands-on experience building recruiting workflows using AI tools
- ✓Strong proficiency with modern ATS platforms
- ✓Experience recruiting across technical, commercial, and operational roles
- ✓Analytical instincts to build and maintain recruiting metrics
- ✓Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- ✓Excellent communication and influence skills
