Systems Administrator - Level 02 - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED at Cti Md

Linux, Windows, UNIX, RHEL, Kali, Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Fedora, Mandriva  Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position. Required: • Must be a US Citizen • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph • This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for: • Level 02 requires a minimum ten (10) years of direct/relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. • Five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. • Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. • Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. • Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. • Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. • Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problem and remains involved in the resolution process. • Configures and manages UN1X and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
