About the Role
Cubic³ is seeking a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to join their Test System Team within the DevOps and Quality Assurance group. This role involves building and maintaining test automation frameworks and tooling to support engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive best-in-class test automation principles within the engineering group
- →Work closely with Engineering Managers and architecture to implement best practices
- →Expand and maintain test automation frameworks for Cubic³
- →Implement AI in automation strategies
- →Support test automation engineers in creating and maintaining automated test suites
- →Coordinate implementation of necessary tools and environments for test automation
- →Integrate with and expand Engineering Quality Dashboards
- →Develop and implement training plans for automation skills
- →Mentor and support other Test Automation Engineers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- ✓Minimum 7 years’ experience in test automation
- ✓Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- ✓Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
- ✓API/Microservice and web application test automation experience
- ✓Experience with test automation tools (RestSharp, RestAssured, Soap UI, Selenium, Jmeter)
- ✓Experience with programming languages (.Net, C#, C++, python)
- ✓Experience in continuous testing environment and CI tools
- ✓Strong understanding of testing phases and automation techniques
- ✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail
