You know how to diagnose organizational needs, coach leaders, and implement scalable programs that strengthen culture, performance, and engagement. You operate with integrity, communicate with ease, and drive outcomes through meaningful relationships and sound judgment. What You’ll Do: As the Sr HR Business Partner - Operations, you’ll be the on-site HR leader supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment — visible on the floor, building trust with teams, and serving as a day-to-day partner to both employees and leadership. You’ll guide performance conversations, coach managers, and navigate employee relations with a balanced, solutions-focused approach. You’ll drive engagement initiatives, support change management efforts, and ensure policies and practices are applied consistently and compliantly. Using data and insight, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that improve culture, strengthen team performance, and create a safe, positive workplace where people feel supported and heard.
