About the Role
D2L is seeking an AI Co-op Student to accelerate how teams use AI in practical ways. This hands-on role involves designing, building, and maintaining AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scale within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, test, and maintain custom GPTs tailored to ITS and LS use cases
- →Partner with service leaders to translate workflow pain points into AI-enabled solutions
- →Support creation of AI-driven automation tools
- →Document AI tools, prompts, and usage guidelines
- →Research new AI tools, platforms, and capabilities
- →Assess tools for value, risk, scalability, and alignment with governance standards
- →Contribute to internal best practices for AI use
Requirements
- ✓Strong interest in applied AI and automation
- ✓Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT or custom GPTs
- ✓Ability to design effective prompts and iterate based on outputs
- ✓Basic scripting or automation experience
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Clear written communication skills
- ✓Comfortable working with ambiguity
- ✓Ability to balance multiple tasks
