About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping the future of Dailymotion globally. Reporting to the Business Operations & Strategy Director, you will work closely with business partners across various functions to identify growth opportunities through analysis, forecasting, and strategic modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Regional Commercial and Operation leadership to drive business by collecting, analyzing, and reporting results/insights
- →Act as a key advisor on challenges related to business growth, profitability, and resource allocation
- →Contribute to end-to-end regional budgeting and forecasting processes, including arranging and running forecast review meetings
- →Ensure financial and operating targets align with regional strategic and operational plans
- →Track and analyze sales operational KPIs and provide complex financial analysis and modeling
- →Prepare top-quality reporting packages for the Board of directors
- →Drive process improvements across teams to support business growth and transformation
- →Lead integration of data, reporting, processes, and procedures with company expectations
- →Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy of regional financial data
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- ✓Experience with KPI tracking and financial modeling
- ✓Ability to prepare comprehensive reporting packages
