About the Role
The Strategic Finance Team at DailyPay is responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for the business through a data-driven lens. As the central Business Intelligence team, they bridge the gap between complex datasets and real-world business impact. As a Lead BI Analyst, you will create high-impact reporting to help reach these objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently manage and lead complex, high-priority BI projects
- →Drive the strategic development and evolution of the company's Tableau reporting ecosystem
- →Partner proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic challenges into data visualization solutions
- →Ensure alignment across teams for the successful execution of BI initiatives
- →Establish and enforce best practices for data governance
- →Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert, providing guidance to other BI analysts
- →Stay at the forefront of BI technologies and industry best practices
- →Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new BI tools and data visualization techniques
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in business intelligence
- ✓7+ years of advanced SQL experience
- ✓Mastery of Tableau and advanced understanding of its capabilities
- ✓Deep understanding of data visualization best practices
- ✓Proven experience leading BI initiatives at an enterprise level
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across all levels of the organization
- ✓Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
