About the Role
DailyPay is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join their growing team. This role involves initiating, planning, and executing key deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strategic projects meet timeline estimates and client success expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the customer lifecycle from the point of sale through "Go-Live"
- →Act as the primary bridge between client sponsors and internal teams
- →Proactively identify scope creep and technical hurdles
- →Provide strategic alignment and increase visibility across active implementations
- →Manage conflicts and issues that arise during implementation
- →Develop and manage organizational process assets and tools
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience
- ✓5+ years of client-facing implementation or project management in a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Experience with API integrations, data migrations, and product configurations
- ✓Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- ✓Hands-on experience with PM software and CRM platforms
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and adapt in an evolving environment
- ✓PMP or PM certification is a plus
