About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Outbound to join DailyPay. This role is the strategic growth engine for DailyPayβs Enterprise suite, responsible for the full-lifecycle commercialization of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βArchitect Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the strategic orchestration of the Tiered GTM Framework
- βScale the B2B Persona Framework: Develop and maintain persona guidelines for the Enterprise buying committee
- βMaster Technical Value Translation: Bridge technical product logic and commercial value
- βDrive AOP & Lifecycle Metrics: Take accountability for key business metrics
- βEnable the Revenue Engine: Serve as the product "Source of Truth" for Sales and Client Success
Requirements
- β6+ years of specialized B2B Product Marketing experience
- βStrategic Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives for complex buying committees
- βExecution Excellence: History of leading high-visibility product launches
- βCollaborative Leadership: Strong project management skills
- βIndustry Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS, Payments, HCM, or FinTech
