About the Role
Weβre building out our first AU BDR team to generate leads and fill the top of our sales funnel as we launch the go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function in a hyper-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe the first point of contact for a wide range of dental practice prospects.
- βGenerate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach tactics.
- βTrack sales activity using Salesforce and other tools, and continuously improve your processes.
- βPitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
- βCollaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless client handoffs.
- βContribute ideas to build the AU BDR function from scratch β your feedback will shape our processes, tools, and strategy.
Requirements
- β1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
- βExperience with cold calling (SMB targets are a big plus)
- βCommitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
- βAbility to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly
- βExperience with standard sales tools and a desire to explore and implement new tools to further streamline the sales process
- βOverall track record of professional and academic success
