Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract clear business needs
- →Conduct interviews, workshops, and data flow reviews to understand requirements
- →Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- →Elicit and document data requirements including sources, definitions, and metrics
- →Define analytics and reporting requirements including KPIs and visualizations
- →Produce high quality documentation such as business requirements documents and user stories
- →Collaborate with BI Developers to design report layouts
- →Create end user documentation for new data products and applications
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ✓Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- ✓Familiarity with data concepts such as data modeling, data warehousing, and lake house architecture
- ✓Ability to read and interpret SQL and other structured query languages
