About the Role
The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing new customer implementations, acting as the quarterback of the implementation process, and ensuring all action items are completed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations
- →Lead internal implementation calls for assigned implementation projects
- →Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met
- →Work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation
- →Monitor the progress of implementation projects and identify potential delays or issues
- →Work with the Installation Director to schedule installations and resources
- →Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely product ordering and delivery
- →Manage all internal communication for assigned implementation projects
- →Delegate tasks to Implementation Coordinators as needed
- →Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to the implementation process
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- ✓High level of personal ownership and ability to lead and influence non-direct reports
- ✓Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- ✓Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited data
- ✓Ability to adapt to changing situations as new information becomes available
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
