About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead all growth initiatives for our government market at Danti. This role focuses on expanding our customer base and driving revenue in the federal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Expansion of existing customers and identifying paths for growth
- →Growing and closing new customers by leveraging your network and experience
- →Executing large government capture efforts and organizing teams for RFPs
- →Elevating the company profile in the Federal sector through marketing and thought leadership
Requirements
- ✓Collaborative with a go-getter mindset and self-directing behaviors
- ✓High integrity with open and honest communication
- ✓Experience with startups and early-stage software products
- ✓Experience owning revenue numbers in the Federal sector
- ✓Proven track record of identifying and closing government business
- ✓Led or built a sales organization
- ✓Strong communicator able to work with analysts to senior executives
- ✓Top Secret security clearance
