About the Role
Darkroom is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support their recruiting team as they scale across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and more. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited to learn full-cycle recruiting, master sourcing, and contribute to a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support recruiting workflows across multiple teams by coordinating and executing day-to-day hiring activities
- →Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, job boards, and referrals
- →Schedule interviews, support candidate communication, and help ensure a smooth, professional candidate journey
- →Maintain clean candidate data and pipeline tracking in Ashby
- →Assist with job postings, screening coordination, and offer process support
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring operations and reduce time-to-fill
Requirements
- ✓1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, sourcing, or HR
- ✓Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce and other cross-functional roles
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple open roles
- ✓Clear, professional communication skills in English
- ✓Experience working with ATS and HR systems
- ✓High ownership, curiosity, and a desire to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment
