About the Role
Darkroom is seeking a Senior Designer to join their growth marketing firm, focusing on brand, performance, and product design. This role requires strategic thinking and visual execution across various digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design digital assets for client marketing initiatives including paid ads, email & SMS, landing pages, and organic social
- →Create design systems based on client brand guidelines for multi-channel consistency
- →Communicate directly with clients, present designs, lead workshops, and manage approvals
- →Develop understanding of customer conversion factors across marketing channels
- →Collaborate with team members and clients for feedback and approvals
- →Design landing pages in Figma using UI/UX best practices
- →Work with project managers and developers on web design initiatives
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of proven design work experience (agency or design studio preferred)
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design
- ✓Understanding of design principles including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition
- ✓Ability to lead client calls, drive workshopping sessions, and manage client relationships
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- ✓Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and presenting)
