About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations intern to join our team at Databricks. This role focuses on ensuring our innovations successfully reach customers and deliver maximum value by driving operational readiness and building data-led feedback loops.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the operational rollout of new features, ensuring the organization is equipped with the data and resources needed for a successful launch.
- →Synthesize insights from customer feedback, product usage metrics, and partner inputs to provide Engineering and Product Management with a clear, data-backed view of market needs.
- →Build and maintain dashboards that track product adoption and health, leveraging SQL to provide insights on how features are performing.
- →Identify friction points in how information flows from Product to the Field and implement lean processes to keep teams aligned during rapid launch cycles.
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program with 3–5 years of professional experience in Consulting, BizOps, or Strategy.
- ✓Advanced SQL skills are required.
- ✓Willingness to get hands-on and build checklists or dashboards to close gaps in launch plans.
- ✓Ability to build rapport with technical PMs and Engineering leads while speaking the language of Sales and Customer Success teams.
- ✓Focus on making programs work in the real world with limited guidance.
