About the Role
We are looking for a Scale Solution Engineer to join Databricks. This role involves advising customers during their onboarding process and helping them deploy Databricks in their production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical assistance to new customers during their onboarding journey
- →Become an expert on the Databricks Platform and guide customers in making technical decisions
- →Work directly with multiple customers concurrently to provide technical solutions
Requirements
- ✓Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience
- ✓3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role in pre-sales, professional services, consulting, or customer success
- ✓Solid understanding of the end-to-end data analytics workflow
- ✓Knowledge of public cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP
- ✓Knowledge of a programming language - Python, Scala, or SQL
- ✓Hands-on experience with Data Engineering technologies (e.g., ETL, DBT, Spark, Airflow)
- ✓Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing technologies (e.g., SQL, Stored Procedures, Redshift, Snowflake)
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
