About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Databricks in Sydney, Australia. This critical role focuses on driving significant company growth by expanding our presence with key Financial Services customers, particularly in the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Consumption: Help customers derive value from the platform by identifying key use cases and increasing usage.
- →Secure Strategic Committed Deals: Identify, structure and close opportunities to co-invest in high-priority initiatives.
- →Prospect and Generate Leads: Use various strategies and resources to effectively target leads.
- →Engage Prospects: Build relationships with key prospects to displace incumbent technologies.
- →Execute Sales: Conduct first meetings with compelling POVs to create urgency for change.
- →Manage Pipeline: Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and manage the sales cycle.
- →Collaborate: Work with architects, professional services, and executive sponsors to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record in sales in the Insurance industry.
- ✓Experience selling innovation in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
- ✓Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills.
- ✓Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ✓Understanding of Databricks' platform and its value to customers.
