About the Role
Datadog is seeking an Associate Field Marketing Manager to support the East NAMER region. This role focuses on executing regional programs and ensuring seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support pipeline driving activities for Mid-market East accounts
- →Coordinate hospitality events, executive dinners, and regional activations
- →Manage vendors, contracts, shipping, and budget tracking
- →Support scalable initiatives like event-in-a-box kits
- →Partner with Sales and Field Marketing Managers to align programs
- →Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- →Maintain documentation and build efficiency processes
- →Support execution of larger Datadog programs
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in field marketing or event coordination
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proactive and dependable with a strong sense of ownership
- ✓Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
- ✓Process-oriented with interest in building scalable ways of working
- ✓Familiarity with SFDC, Marketo, or similar tools
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
