About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager – AI Remediation to define, build, and launch capabilities that proactively and autonomously resolve issues before they escalate into production incidents. This role focuses on AI-powered automation across infrastructure types including hosts, containers, serverless, and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven infrastructure remediation
- →Define and launch an end-to-end remediation experience across the Datadog UI, agent and chat interfaces, CLI, and other developer workflows
- →Partner with Design to create user-facing experiences that make proactive remediation intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy
- →Define AI-powered building blocks that identify remediation opportunities and safely execute actions
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure monitoring, core platform, and AI product teams
- →Establish quality standards and success metrics for remediation
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical products in cloud infrastructure or SaaS environments
- ✓Experience shipping AI-driven products and reasoning about large language models
- ✓Customer-focused with empathy for developers and operators
- ✓Technically fluent with knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML concepts
- ✓Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
- ✓Clear and concise communicator who can lead cross-functional initiatives
