About the Role
Decagon is seeking a Strategic Finance Professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting our hyper-growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own our quarterly and annual planning cycle end-to-end, guiding overall company strategy
- →Build and own our financial model and unit economics framework
- →Partner cross-functionally with executives to support strategic initiatives
- →Drive accountability across the business by defining financial and operational KPIs
- →Monitor key performance indicators and deliver timely reporting packages
- →Build complex financial models for long-range planning and investment evaluation
- →Develop and build a scalable finance function for Decagon’s growth
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related role at a high-growth tech company
- ✓1–2 years of investment banking at a top-tier firm
- ✓Expert financial modeling skills with ability to stress-test assumptions
- ✓Strong analytical instincts and ability to distill complexity
- ✓Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- ✓High ownership mentality and initiative
- ✓Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools a plus
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
