About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role focuses on selling to medium-sized customers and driving successful B2B software sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish
- →Build strong relationships with customers and negotiate to a close
- →Effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition
- →Build out strong pipelines while partnering with a BDR
- →Accurately forecast sales results and identify gaps in your pipeline
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS
- ✓Strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line
- ✓Experience collaborating with teams across a growing company
- ✓Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment
