About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, SMB to join Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role focuses on driving sales and expanding the client base within the SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
- →Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
- →Research and qualify client requirements to seek new solutions and meet their needs
- →Work closely with the SDR team, strategizing and maintaining an accurate healthy pipeline
- →Ensure ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success and Senior Leadership
- →Maintain and update the CRM system
- →Attend industry events in person to build relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech, Payroll ecosystem
Requirements
- ✓Geographically based in Australia
- ✓Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Executive with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company
- ✓Must have experience selling SaaS technologies
- ✓Highly personable with great communication skills
- ✓Ability to breakdown complicated matters and explain them simply
- ✓Quick with numbers and obsessive over delivering a world-class service
- ✓Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
