About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role focuses on helping customers navigate onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting teammates with escalations, and driving process and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Help customers through onboarding and offboarding processes
- →Assist teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and Deel products
- →Take on additional responsibilities to drive complex projects and improvements
- →Set up customers for success by becoming an expert in Deel products
- →Solve client issues and proactively advocate for client success
- →Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
- →Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role supporting a B2B SaaS product
- ✓Focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating next steps
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to design organized, effective onboarding plans
- ✓Enjoy teaching others, whether customers or colleagues
- ✓Customer-obsessed with significant experience building customer relationships
- ✓Team player who enjoys working on a diverse team
- ✓Driven, able to think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats
- ✓Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
