About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role focuses on managing high-value strategic accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term success
- →Proactively identify risks and rally internal stakeholders to address customer issues
- →Build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the customer's business
- →Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback
- →Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
- →Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- →Drive adoption of platform features that lead to better customer experience and retention
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience
- ✓Previous experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- ✓Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing a crisis or criticism
- ✓Quantitatively inclined and data savvy with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets
- ✓Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
- ✓Solid track record of achievement with quantifiable business impact
- ✓Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- ✓Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
