About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and technically savvy Solutions Engineer to partner closely with the Deel IT Sales Team. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Product teams to support prospective clients as they explore Deel’s fast-growing IT product suite, helping them implement solutions for global hardware procurement and device lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to global IT equipment deployment
→Design and present tailored IT solution packages including device procurement/leasing models and HRIS integrations
→Act as the technical voice in client meetings, owning demos, RFP responses, and IT security reviews
→Translate customer workflows and requirements into proposed configurations within Deel’s IT platform
→Advise on implementation considerations across multiple geographies, including compliance and logistics
→Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Enablement teams to accelerate deal velocity

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting roles, preferably in SaaS or IT Asset Management
✓Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations
✓Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
✓Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex solutions
✓Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and analytical mindset
✓Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments
