About the Role
We’re seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven immigration technology that enables fast, compliant, and automated visa case management across U.S. and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate complex legal and immigration frameworks into intuitive, scalable platform experiences.
- →Build and launch AI-powered, automation-first features for document parsing, eligibility checks, predictive timelines, and real-time compliance tracking.
- →Analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
- →Develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.
- →Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth.
- →Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- →Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Strong expertise in building products with complex compliance or regulatory considerations.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth.
- ✓Strong PLG mindset and focus on business metrics.
- ✓Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- ✓Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- ✓Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus.
