About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our growing team at Loopio. This role focuses on creating and driving strong technical leadership and product strategy for our largest, most complex enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs
- →Work closely with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
- →Own your roadmap and drive strong alignment and excitement across the business and for our customers
- →Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and align them with your roadmap
- →Define and own the outcomes for your roadmap, delivering meaningful and measurable success for our enterprise customer segment
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management
- ✓2+ years working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager
- ✓Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional products
- ✓Strategic thinking ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap
- ✓Solid technical understanding and experience in software development
- ✓Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
