About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive Public Sector to join DeepL, a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions. This role involves strategic market expansion for the federal market in Germany, working with highly regulated organizations.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for federal and social insurance agencies
→Analyze market-specific conditions including governance, budget, and procurement
→Build reliable reference customers with nationwide impact
→Manage end-to-end responsibility for defined federal and social insurance accounts
→Identify, evaluate, and prioritize relevant use cases in the federal context
→Work with political, technical, IT, security, and procurement stakeholders
→Develop partner strategies with federal IT service providers and system integrators

Requirements

✓Demonstrable deep understanding of German federal administration and social insurance systems
✓Established network in the federal or social state environment
✓Several years of experience in enterprise sales of explanatory software
✓Ability to structure and market product and AI value
✓Experience positioning technology solutions in complex organizational environments
