We are looking for a passionate individual to bring a data lens to strategic business problems around our People & Culture strategy. This role blends HR and analytical skills, focusing on leveraging data analytics and data science techniques to drive strategic decisions and generate insights.

Requirements
- ✓Stakeholder Partnership: Strong track record of building relationships and presenting recommendations clearly
- ✓Delivery & Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality insights
- ✓Domain Interest/Experience: Experience with or strong interest in People & Culture
- ✓Advanced SQL for Analysis: High proficiency in using SQL to extract and analyze complex datasets
- ✓Applied Statistics/Quantitative Skills: Solid understanding of statistical concepts for analysis
- ✓Python for Data Analysis: Proficiency in Python and common data analysis libraries
- ✓Data Visualization/Dashboarding: Experience creating effective dashboards and visualizations
