UX Program Manager at Deepmind

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Program Manager to join the Gemini App UX team at Google DeepMind. This role involves being the operational heartbeat of a world-class design, research, and content team working on a flagship, first-of-its-kind product. You will create the systems, drive the strategy, and foster the culture that enables our UX team to do their best work at a pace that matches our ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• →Architect and Scale Operations: Design, implement, and refine the repeatable processes and frameworks that enable our UX team to deliver bold, high-quality work at lightning speed.
• →Drive Cross Functional Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact for UX, orchestrating alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and resource allocation with key partners in Product, Engineering, Research, and Trust & Safety.
• →Lead Resource and Capacity Planning: Partner with UX discipline leads to forecast, plan, and allocate team capacity, ensuring we are always focused on the most critical user and business goals.
• →Eliminate Blockers and Gaps: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in our processes, tools, and cross-functional communication, empowering the team to focus on impactful design and research.
• →Champion Team Health and Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture through well-planned strategic off-sites, workshops, and communication initiatives.
• →Own High-Impact Programs: Demonstrate deep ownership in scoping, planning, and delivering complex programs that elevate our UX craft, workflow, and the quality of the end-to-end user experience.
