Creative Project Manager at Definelycareers

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our fast-growing LegalTech startup. Working in a micro agency-style setup, you’ll be a key part of our in-house creative team, supporting the Senior Creative Producer to manage day-to-day creative operations and ensure smooth delivery across a wide variety of design and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• →Project Planning & Execution: Define scopes, set objectives, manage timelines and resources, and oversee day-to-day project delivery.
• →Creative Management: Support and manage a broad range of creative projects, from concept development to launch, ensuring strong brand alignment and craft quality.
• →Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key contact for internal teams and external vendors, building productive relationships and managing expectations effectively.
• →Resource & Workflow Management: Work closely with the Senior Producer and Design Director to prioritize workloads, allocate resources, and forecast capacity.
• →Financial Oversight: Build and track project budgets, ensuring transparency, accountability, and delivery within agreed limits.
• →Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential risks early, troubleshoot issues, and ensure final outputs meet the required creative and technical standards.
• →Process Optimization: Responsible for maintaining a best-practice approach to project management, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and streamlined workflows across all projects.
